Pig Roast!

For those of you who missed it, Chef Sam spit roasted a suckling pig last Thursday. Done Indonesian style, with chilies, ginger, lemongrass, coconut water, it was the first in a series of spit roasts we will have over the summer. Watch out for the next one!
